From the Dallas/ Fort Worth Area

If you are coming from Dallas, you will want to take TX-114 W toward GRAPEVINE / DFW AIRPORT NORTH ENTRY, then merge onto US-287 N, take the exit toward TX-447-SPUR E / US-82 W / LUBBOCK / US-277 S / ABILENE, stay on the access road and turn left on US-82. Turn right on Brook Ave. You will find Dr. Green’s Office 2 blocks on the left hand side. You are welcome to park in the front of the office or in the back.

If you are coming from Fort Worth, you will want to merge onto I-35W N / US-81 N, and then merge again onto US-287 N via EXIT 60 toward DECATUR. Once you are in US-287 N you will follow the same directions listed for Dallas. You will find Dr. Green’s Office on the left hand side. You are welcome to park in the front of the office or in the back

From Oklahoma Area

Start driving south as if going towards Lawton, I-44 W becomes US-281 S / US-287 S; Take the US-82 W / US-277 S exit- EXIT 1- toward LUBBOCK / ABILENE, turn slight left onto HOLLIDAY St. Turn right onto 9th St., turn slight left onto BROOK AVE. You will find Dr. Green’s Office on the right hand side. You are welcome to park in the front of the office or in the back.
